Modernizing your growth function for what's next.

Six- to twelve-week engagements with a single growth team. I build alongside, not for. Documentation, measurement frameworks, AI-augmented workflowsthe infrastructure that compounds after I leave.

Sound familiar?

The problems I solve.

These are the growth challenges I see most often — and the ones I'm built to fix.

01AI Workflows

You’re using AI — but not feeling the impact.

Your team has adopted AI tools, but the workflows, output quality, and speed gains don’t match what you know is possible. You haven’t built the systems to truly leverage it.

02Organic Growth

Your content engine is running, but organic growth has plateaued.

You’re producing content and investing in SEO, but the landscape is shifting — AI search, GEO, answer engines — and you’re not sure where to focus or what’s still worth building.

03Analytics

You have data everywhere, but it’s not driving decisions.

Dashboards exist, analytics are technically set up, but nobody’s connecting the signals to strategy. You’re data-rich and insight-poor.

04Growth Stack

Your marketing stack feels like duct tape.

Tools that don’t talk to each other. Manual processes that should be automated. No connective tissue between channels, systems, and reporting.

05Fractional Leadership

You need senior growth leadership, but not a full-time hire.

You’ve outgrown your current approach but aren’t ready for — or don’t need — a VP-level salary. You need someone who can own the strategy and build the systems.

06Growth Systems

Nobody on your team sees the full picture.

Individual channel specialists are executing, but there’s no one connecting content to SEO to lifecycle to paid to analytics into a coherent growth system.

Capabilities

Where I go deep.

Twelve years across the full growth stack. Not a generalist who knows a little about each — an operator who's shipped at depth in all of them. Listed in order of where the work currently lives.

    SEO & content infrastructure

Information architecture, internal link graphs, schema spines, content systems that compound over years. Where most of my recent work lives — and where most growth teams under-invest in the foundations.

    Paid acquisition

Performance media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic. Attribution is the hard part; the rest is execution. I run paid the way I run organic — with a documented system.

    Lifecycle & retention

Email, SMS, in-product, push. The growth function that compounds quietly. Where most teams under-invest. Frameworks for triggered, behavioral, and lifecycle programs.

    Analytics & measurement

The infrastructure most growth functions skip. Without it, every campaign starts from zero — and nothing compounds. Source-of-truth dashboards over dashboard sprawl.

How I work

I build alongside your team.

Four principles I carry into every engagement. None of them are about me leaving. All of them are about the system surviving past my last day.

  • 01

    Embedded, not external.

Inside your stack — Slack, Notion, Linear, your CRM, your repo. I do not deliver decks. If a slide could replace the work, the work wasn't real to begin with.

  • 02

    Documentation-first.

Every artifact is written as it's built. When I hand off, the next person reads, understands, and ships — without a single calendar invite back to me.

  • 03

    Outcomes, not hours.

Fixed scope, fixed price, defined outcome. No retainer drift. No scope creep. If we don't agree on the outcome before week one, we don't start.

  • 04

    Real artifacts.

Working systems — code, dashboards, schemas, automations, documentation. If you can't deploy it Monday, it isn't done.

Who I Work With

Who this is for.

I work best with teams that are serious about building sustainable growth infrastructure.

Engagement Model

I typically work as a fractional growth lead on 3–6 month engagements, though project-based and advisory arrangements are available for scoped needs.

  • 0104

Startups and scale-ups that need senior growth leadership without a full-time hire

  • 0204

Teams that have outgrown their current approach and need systems thinking

  • 0304

Companies navigating the shift to AI-powered marketing and need someone who’s already there

  • 0404

Founders and growth leaders who want a builder embedded in their team, not an advisor on the sidelines

Let's build

Let's build something that compounds.

Consulting engagement, product feedback, a thoughtful question, or just hello. I reply to everything I read.
